BUCK OWENS (1) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 1m at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. LANSDOWNE (3) reunites with O Mojica after scoring with ease over 6½f at this track (Dirt) last time. Form at this distance is strong with four wins from eight starts and should be in the finish. EXXEL (2) built on a nice third two starts back at this track (Dirt) with success over 5½f at this track (Dirt) two weeks ago, getting home by half a length. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. BALADI (4) hit the frame two starts ago at Los Alamitos but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 5 lengths over 6½f at Santa Anita (Turf). Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
