SPECIALTIE (2) turned in a strong performance when resuming when in the money at this track but disappointed last time when ninth, beaten 6 lengths, at this track over 7f after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. BOLD ZIP (14) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 5 lengths when 12th over 6f at Mackay nine days ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. HIT SNOOZE (7) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 6f at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Lacey Morrison gets the best out of this eight-year-old mare. Nicely placed to get the prize. CHILLI PALMER (1) produced another moderate effort last start when 8 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6½f at Mackay. Finds a nice race and can atone.
