NORTHERN PRIDE (3) turned in a strong run last time when he settled well back before running on hard to be beaten only a long neck into second over 6¼f at Cairns. Strong effort last time and is worth following up. AIDENABET (8) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.3 lengths from the winner in second over 6½f at Rockhampton after being prominent at the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. INVINCIBLE BAY (2) saluted at this track two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when third over 7f at Cairns, beaten 2 lengths after making up late ground. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. TIOGA PASS (5) finished second two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by a head as public elect over 6f at this track. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
