NICODEMUS (1) finished second when resuming at Lismore then couldn't repeat the dose last time when fourth at Ballina over 7f when beaten 2 lengths. Has good early speed. Looks a great chance to break through. JORUM (5) is yet to break through in five runs. Finished seventh at her last appearance over 6¾f at Ipswich on October 18 after she was well back on straightening. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. WIFE IS RIGHT (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start when she did her best work late but found a couple better over 6½f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. SANTOS EL HALPER (2) turned in an eye-catching run over 7f at Armidale last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish second. Should feature in the finish again.
