UNCOMMON VALOUR (3) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 5 lengths, over 1m2f at Doomben. Sure to prove tough to hold out. ARTFUL GIRL (6) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 0.6 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend as favourite over 1m3f at Doomben. Finds a suitable assignment and can continue the winning form. POWER PACK (4) was quickly into stride and went on to score by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1m2 3/4f at this track. Tricky draw to overcome but does have good gate speed. Taking on a better field but he is good enough to take this out. THE RIGHT WAY (1) was far from disgraced when fifth last start over 1m1/4f at Doomben. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Should be thereabouts.
