SONIC ARROW (13) started at 9/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 4 lengths at Gatton over 4f65yards. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GOTEBO (9) turned in a moderate run over this journey last time out, settling out the back and failing to feature when seventh over 5f at Eagle Farm. Has the class to find the winners' list. XERRI (2) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was prominent at the bend before being beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
