Will be better for that latest run and is clearly the one they have to beat. HAY CHIEF (2) has not appeared since he finished ninth over 1m1/2f at Laurel (Turf) on June 7. Comes here with definite claims. MORNING THOUGHTS (6) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1m1/2f at Charles Town (Dirt). Generally takes a sit but the draw makes it tricky. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. MIDNIGHT RENEGADE (7) settled well back from a good draw last time before getting home nicely to finish fifth, beaten 6 lengths, over 1m1/2f at Charles Town (Dirt). Solid top-three hope.
