AKIMBO (5) was comfortably accounted for when fourth last start over 6f at this track, beaten 9 lengths. That followed a good when resuming win at this track. Nicely placed to return to winning form. VECCHI (7) was quickly into stride over 1m at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to score by one length. In a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. GUESS AGAIN (8) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at this track, beaten 9 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner.
