FORBIDDEN GEMSTONE (9) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 5f at Tuncurry. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. JOANNESKI (10) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 5f at Gunnedah after she was in the firing line on the turn. Cherry-ripe now and is expected to do much better. LOVE RAT (14) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at Ballina over 5f. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
