BULLION HUNTER (1) is a maiden galloper who finished in the placings over 5f at Dubbo before going for a break 11 months ago. Filled a minor placing in a recent Muswellbrook trial. Set to run well. REIGNING CAPTAIN (3) was in contention on the bend and finished third last time over 4¾f at Moree when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 2.5 lengths. Ready to go a couple better. BACKHANDER (8) resumes from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish ninth at the latest run over 5½f in the LR Woodlands Stakes at Scone. Placed in a recent trial. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
