MY MATE KATE (10) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing 12th at Rosehill and beaten 5.5 lengths. This is far easier. Sure to go well. ROSES IMMINENTE (12) drifted back then closed strongly to score on debut over 5½f at Scone two-and-a-half weeks ago. Promising type who can measure up again. VIS I DO (2) resumed over 5f at this track where he showed little early speed but got home nicely to finish fourth, beaten 1.3 lengths. Well placed and is among the chances. GOLD COUNTER (3) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Dubbo then missed the placings last time when 5.5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6½f at Moree. Fitter and worth another chance.
