Comes from a stable which has an impressive strike rate with the first-starters. Promising type who looks sure to make a bright start to his career. THEN WHAT (5) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when eighth at Gulfstream Park (Turf) over 1m, beaten 7 lengths. Blinkers are added so with added fitness he looms as a big threat. NEOTERIC (4) was prominent until they straightened last time but weakened to finish fourth over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Solid top-three chance on his best figures. PERSISTEN (2) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 8 lengths into fifth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well.
