BIG LOUIE (7) returns after a lay-off of ten months. Looking to emulate his win at this track when returning from a lay-off last prep. Has switched to the Steven Dye stable. Expect him to play a major role. ADIOS BUCCANEER (6) has not won for over a year, the latest running second at this track (Turf) over 1m. Should park just off the speed. One of the main contenders. OFFICER DERICK (2) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Derek S Ryan stable. Resumes after finishing eighth at Aqueduct (Dirt) at his last run three-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Shapes as a top-three chance.
