VICTORY GIRL (14) is returning from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Finished fourth at Gulfstream Park (Synthetic) over 1m1/4f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer and is tackling turf for the first time. Well placed and looks ready to fire. TOURIST STYLE (2) was always forward and boxed on to finish third over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf) last time. Further improvement is likely. CHERBOURG (9) was in contention on the turn and finished second last start over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf), beaten 0.3 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out. DOWHATEVERITTAKES (10) resumes. Didn't make an impact at her only run last prep on October 16 finishing sixth and beaten 9 lengths over 1m at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Turf). Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
