NUMERIC (9) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just two times from 24 starts. Was again denied last start when she found a couple better over 7f at Gulfstream Park. This doesn't look as hard so she will be hard to beat. SPUNFORFUN (2) met with solid support last start over 1m1/4f at Delaware Park (Dirt) when seventh, beaten 23 lengths. Great chance to atone. AFILADA (6) returns from a layoff of six-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at Aqueduct. Has switched to the Jorge Delgado yard. Has to be respected. NINETYNINECARATS (8) stuck on well last start to finish third over 1m at Penn National (Dirt) after showing good early speed. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she deserves her chance.
