POWERBOUND (3) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Geelong. Not as effective last time out when fifth over 1m at Sale, beaten 4.5 lengths. Has the ability to return to the winner's list. BOONDOCKS (1) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign when he worked home well and finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in third over 7¼f at Tatura. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. EDDY STREET (5) did well to score at Ballarat Synthetic two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the bend before finishing third over 1m at Pakenham Synthetic, beaten 1.75 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. SAMURAI STAR (4) worked home well and finished third last time over 1m3/4f at Geelong, beaten one length. Will trim down following recent racing. Suitably placed so anticipating another forward showing.
