SHAKO (2) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 5f at this track. Has a great record at this journey with two wins from eight starts and should be in the finish. KING SPIRIT (5) finished third over 6f at Gold Coast Poly at his most recent appearance on May 17. One of the genuine hopes in the race. SHOWS A SIGN (4) was in contention on the corner and finished third last time over 5f at Dalby when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 0. 7 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. WILD BOTANICA (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out.
