JUST FLYING (2) scored by a nose last start at Ipswich over 6¾f after he was in contention on the bend. Has never been out of the money in three starts at this trip, including two wins. Among the leading chances. TOUCH OF GRACIE (12) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 1.75 lengths, at Toowoomba over 6f. Overdue for a win and will go well if she runs up to her best. LOOSE UNIT (4) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by a long neck over 5½f at Gatton. Open to plenty of improvement and is among the leading chances. LADY NIKSTER (16) got off the mark over 6¾f at Ipswich last start, scoring by a head. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Michael Cahill who was on board last start. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
