RASHFORD (1) made progress last time out, finishing 5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m1f at this track. Finds a suitable assignment and can find winning form. STATE A FACT (6) rallied in the concluding stages to score by 1.3 lengths last time out over 7f at this track at the second run this prep. Can make it back-to-back wins. NIPPA'S NIGHTCAP (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2 1/4f at Doomben, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Finds an easier assignment and can turn things around. RED STAR RUBI (12) produced another moderate effort last start when 5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1m at this track. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
