Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. MIDNIGHT MADNESS (2) improved last time out, finishing 1.1 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. LOYALTY COUNTS (3) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Gold Coast Poly but couldn't back it up last start when sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 6f at Doomben. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. CAPITAL BOSS (1) is a nine-start maiden who is well and truly overdue, finishing second at Gold Coast Poly over 7f152yards last time out after he made late inroads. Big chance to grab a well-deserved win.
