COUNTER (2) finished fifth two runs back at Eagle Farm then improved last time out to score by 0.9 lengths as public elect after being in contention on the turn over 1m2f at Doomben. Likely to be there at the finish again. Group 3 placegetter ZAPHOD (5) kicked off this campaign with a win two runs ago. Less impressive last time out when fifth over 1m1f at Eagle Farm, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. KISSED BY EVIE (7) was an impressive winner last time over 1m1f at Eagle Farm, scoring by 2.25 lengths to make it two on the bounce. Hard to fault and looks a terrific hope again. SUPER CHILLED (8) scored a barnstorming win last start over 1m1/4f at Doomben, coming from the tail to get up by 0.7 lengths. Will enjoy the drop in grade this time so she should be involved in the finish again.
