LIL NEWT (8) is back after a break of five-and-a-half months. Looking to emulate his win at Ruidoso Downs at the beginning of last prep. Has switched to the Edwin A Martinez stable. Sure to make his presence felt. CHI CHI JIMA RAIDER (1) returns from a break of four months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a third over 1f31yards at Zia Park. Finds the right race to launch another bright campaign. RB LEGACY (10) has enjoyed a let-up of five weeks since he won when resuming over 1½f at this track (Dirt), scoring by one length. Fitter for that last hitout and is expected to run well again. THE BIG FAVORITE (3) resumes in a similar race to his only run last prep back on January 19 when second, beaten half a length. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
