HIDE THE DICE (6) has been in the money at his last couple of runs, the latest when second over 3f213yards at this track (Dirt). Should be poised just off the lead. Expected to be in the finish. WASP (1) finds it hard to win with just one success from 15 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 3f213yards at this track. Finds the right race this time and can take this out. HAUTE LADY (9) returned from a lay-off three-and-a-half weeks ago when she was prominent at the corner before being beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth over 5½f at this track. Steps up a level but she is fitter and good enough to feature. SPLISH SPLASH (10) turned in a fine effort to win by 0.8 lengths at this track and distance last start which was an improvement on the when resuming run. Nicely placed to take this out.
