GOT AN INSPIRATION (1) turned things around last start and scored by 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend over 1m3f at Balaklava. Nicely placed to keep the ball rolling. WE'VE GOTTA DEEL (7) went forward last start over 1m3f at Balaklava and held on well for second, beaten 1.5 lengths. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. AMERICAN TROUBLE (11) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1/2f at Gawler two-and-a-half weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Right in this. SALUTE THE STARS (10) performed above expectations last time over 1m1 3/4f at Morphettville Parks, finishing 1.5 lengths from the winner in third after starting at huge odds. Hasn't broken through over this course and distance but has managed four minor placings. Not to be discounted.
