Taking on a better field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. GIMMETHEGOODLIFE (8) was far from disgraced when second last start over 7f at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at Greyville All Weather the start prior. Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. RALPH THE RASCAL (6) could only manage eighth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7f at Greyville, beaten only a nose. Meeting a deeper field this time but he cannot be underestimated. SMORGASBORD (4) produced another moderate effort last start when 4.5 lengths from the winner in ninth over 6f at Greyville. Finds a nice race and can atone.
