NAUTICAL LANDING (1) is closing in on a win after two consecutive minor placings, the latest when second over 1m at Greyville. Has a decent record at this trip with four minor placings from five tries and is among the leading chances. TERMINAL VELOCITY (6) wasn't far off maiden success before a 12 weeks break, finishing the prep with a minor placing at Greyville. Expect she has come on over the break. Nicely placed and expected to go well. SONATA SAMARITAN (8) battled away fairly last time when second over 6f at Greyville. Looks suited first attempt at the trip and may be worth another chance. GLORIOUS BUTTERFLY (11) turned in a much better run at her second appearance last time out when 2.75 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1m at this track. Coming along nicely and should be in the finish.
