BOURBON WARRIOR (6) tackled the Umkhomazi Stakes over 6f at Greyville last time out when fresh from a lay-off and was beaten 7 lengths into eighth by Cats Pajamas. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will give a great sight. USA'S HOPE (4) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on June 5 finishing eighth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 5f at Greyville All Weather. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Sure to be in the finish. LET THE FLAG FLY (9) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race when fresh from a lay-off last time out, finishing second and beaten only 1.4 lengths over 6f at Greyville. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. BEAMONESQUE (8) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 12 lengths into 13th over 6f at Greyville. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
