TORNADO EXPRESS (14) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Tamworth, beaten 2 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong prospects. KNOW THYSELF (9) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at Tamworth over 7f last time, finishing fifth and beaten 2 lengths. Deserves another chance.
