WAL'S ANGELS (6) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish eighth at the latest run over 6f at Canberra. Ran fourth in a recent trial at Canberra. Has ability and sure to prove tough to beat. RECKLESS INTENTION (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 6 lengths away in eighth over 5½f at Wyong after being in the firing line on the bend. Faces an easier assignment so he is perfectly placed to score. SOOBY ROSE (9) was well in the market on debut last time out and ran well but found a couple better over 5f at this track. Improver with a solid top-three chance. FORBIDDEN TYCOON (3) turned in a moderate debut over 6f at Queanbeyan on January 23 when he was safely held in ninth, 16 lengths from the winner. Will take a lot from that experience. No surprise to see him improve sharply.
