Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1m at this track. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. JOINT VENTURE (4) made progress last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. READY TO POUNCE (3) returns from a lay-off. Finished second at this track and distance at his only appearance last prep ten weeks ago. Definite top-three chance.
