CULLEN J (5) led and just failed to hang on last start over 5f at Del Mar (Turf) when well supported to make it two minor placings from three runs this campaign. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will give a great sight. GLASS OF JAMESON (6) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when seventh at Los Alamitos (Dirt) over 6f, beaten 7 lengths. Anticipating sharp improvement with the run under the belt. LORD DUNMORE (9) resumes from a lay-off of 11 weeks and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 6f at this track (Turf). Drawn out which makes the job a little harder. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. HOTHEAD (7) is returning from a brief lay-off and has a first look at a turf track. Opened last campaign with a eighth at Del Mar (Dirt) over 5½f. Looks a solid each-way hope.
