NANCI GRIFFITH (6) started at 5/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 7 lengths at Los Alamitos (Dirt) over 1m. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. MARINAS TINA (4) finished out of the money two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 2 lengths when fourth over 1m at Del Mar five-and-a-half weeks ago. Worth noting Antonio Fresu goes aboard. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. Set Weights EET VENGEANCE (2) performed above expectations last time over 1m at Del Mar (Turf), finishing 1.5 lengths from the winner in third after starting at huge odds. Must be a chance based on that latest effort. MATURITY DATE (5) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Craig Dollase yard. Finished off last campaign with a win at Saratoga (Dirt) 12 weeks ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Not to be underestimated.
