EXCELIA (5) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 6f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Finds a nice race and can find the winner's circle. JUST NAILS (10) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and found the front, leading for most of the way before fading late to finish fourth over 1m at this track (Turf). Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. PASTICHE (1) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when she was beaten 4 lengths into eighth over 1m at this track. Unbeaten in two starts when second up, last prep scoring over 7f at Newmarket (July). Strips fitter and can figure prominently. REAL FIRE (3) was beaten 2.25 lengths into sixth over 1m at this track eight weeks ago. No surprise to see her in contention.
