NANCI GRIFFITH (1) is a promising maiden who looks close to a win, finishing fourth on debut then placing over 6f at this track (Dirt) last time out. The addition of blinkers should see a bold run. ACE ACE BABY (8) showed good speed and fought on for second over 5½f at this track (Dirt) on debut last start. Not to be discounted.
