ALIGATO (5) is racing well and has registered eight minor placings in a row, last time out finishing third over 1m1f in stakes class at this track (Turf). Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. Group 3 winner ORDER AND LAW (3) was well found in the betting last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 1m at this track (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. Group 3 winner MALTESE FALCON (11) was thereabouts last time out when second over 1m1f at this track (Turf) after he was handy all the way. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Likely to play a major role. CALM SEA (4) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
