CUTE AS (2) steps up in trip after she was well held last time in eighth over 6f at Caulfield. Nicely placed and capable of far better. LIGHTNING FLASH (6) improved sharply on her fourth two starts back at Moonee Valley with a win over 7f at Pakenham two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 3.5 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Taking on a better field but she is worth serious consideration. MAWKEB (4) made considerable ground in the run home to finish third last start over 7f at Caulfield. Winkers come off for this. Rates one of the contenders. SAVVY BEE (9) ran below expectations last start, finishing eighth and beaten 3.5 lengths at Swan Hill over 1m. Suitably placed so expecting a better run this time.
