KAHHOF (3) showed good early pace last time and battled on gamely to finish just a long neck from the winner in second over 6f at this track. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. DAKARAI (2) kicked off this campaign with a win two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when prominent at the turn before winding up in second over 6½f at Cranbourne, beaten half a length. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. Group 3 placegetter KIKO (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Moonee Valley, beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong prospects. DOUBLERN (11) has a moderate winning strike-rate but impressed when returning from a break last time at Benalla, finishing second and only a head from the winner at the end of 5f122yards. Best figures measure up. Set to run well again.
