NICE NEIGHBOR (5) was well in commission when resuming last start over 6f at this track (Dirt) when second, beaten 2.75 lengths. Jose L Alvarez who has scored on her five times retains the mount. Has winning claims on best figures. CAJUN NINJA (2) lines up for the first time since November 13. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6½f at Lone Star Park. Makes plenty of appeal.
