CLIFF DIVER (6) is a distance specialist who missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 10 lengths away in fifth over 1m at Delta Downs. Worth noting Jermaine Marlon Bridgmohan goes aboard. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. MANOR BORN (3) got the prize two runs ago at Remington Park. Couldn't follow that up last time out when seventh over 7½f at Remington Park, beaten 5.5 lengths. S Elliott gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Has the talent to take this out. GLENDALE (7) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just three wins from 31 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when tenth over 1m1/2f at Fairgrounds, beaten 10 lengths. Has the class to get the job done. VARSITY (4) resumes from a lay-off of ten weeks. Has filled a minor placing at both when resuming runs. Opened last prep with a second over 1m at Remington Park. One of the better prospects.
