Has a solid record here over this journey, winning on two occasions from five outings. Best form puts him right in this. RECKLESS RED (6) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Top-three hope. CLAY'S BLACK OPAL (3) sat on the pace and stuck on well to score by 0.3 lengths at this track and trip last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
