BIG BERNIE (6) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 15 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 1m1/4f at this track. In the right race and there is no reason he cannot get the major prize. MUFFIN NUTS (1) produced a good run two starts back to finish third but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at Delta Downs (Dirt) over 7f. Facing a tougher assignment but he is capable of running a bold race. SEIZE THE TREASURE (7) missed the frame last time when ninth at Delta Downs. Prior to that had been in the money on seven consecutive occasions. Better than the last run and can atone. TIBURON (5) was below his best last time when 11 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m at this track (Turf). Settles back early but winds up late. Can run on into the finish.
