NORTH ENGLAND (2) filled a placing last time over 5f in the G3 Breeders' Plate at Randwick and has been given a short break. Kept ticking over with a trial win since at Hawkesbury. Expected to go well if anywhere near his best. O' OLE (6) finished 1.4 lengths from the winner in second on debut last start over 5f in the G3 Gimcrack Stakes at Randwick. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so she should pay to follow. GAEILGE (1) wasn't far away on debut last start over 5f at Randwick, finishing second and beaten 0.6 lengths. Must be included among the main hopes. TUPAKARA (9) stepped out on her debut over 5f in the G3 Gimcrack Stakes at Randwick five weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well.
