ENCAP (9) came from well back on the bend to score last time out over 6½f in the G2 Theo Marks Stakes at this track. Will find this much easier. Sure to be there at the finish. JIMMYSSTAR (19) resumed over 5½f at Caulfield last start and after showing little early speed closed hard to score by a nose. Has a win and two minor placings at this journey from four starts and is a key runner. GRINGOTTS (10) is a handy galloper who was a nose from the winner in second when resuming last start over 7f at Randwick. Leading player. HERE TO SHOCK (3) has returned in good shape this campaign. Opened with a second at Caulfield two starts back then landed the prize by half a length as public elect last time out over 7½f in the G3 Cameron Handicap at Newcastle. Finds a suitable race and can build on that last-start success.
