PUNCH LANE (8) got the job done last start in the LR Glasshouse Hcp at Sunshine Coast over 7f after he was in contention on the corner. Has a very good record over this journey with two wins from four starts. He is right in this. BOOM TORQUE (14) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Doomben with a win as favourite over 6f at Doomben three weeks ago, getting home by 1.4 lengths. Facing a tougher assignment but he is good enough to score again. Group 2 winner OSIPENKO (4) finished sixth over 7f in the G1 Stradbroke Handicap at Eagle Farm at his most recent appearance on June 15. One to consider. Group 1 placegetter ENCAP (10) finished seventh when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Randwick. Among the main hopes.
