PAT'S RIDE (4) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third last time out over 6f at this track (Dirt). Will drift back but is expected to be in the finish again. MIZ RITHYM (2) won her maiden three starts back and is nearing another victory with placings at her last two runs, most recently when second over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Great chance to break through. READY (5) returns from a lay-off of ten weeks. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when fifth over 7f at Listed level at this track (Dirt). Worth plenty of thought. CAROLS KITTEN (7) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing fourth and only 1.3 lengths from the winner at the end of 6f. Suitably placed so anticipating another bold showing.
