STRIKING BREEZE (7) resumes from a lay-off of four months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 1½f at Will Rogers Downs (Dirt). Good effort to kick-off last prep when in the money at this track over 1f80yards. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. HES CUBAS B (3) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on September 29 finishing ninth and beaten 3 lengths over 1f130yards in Listed grade at Prairie Meadows (Dirt). Has switched to the Diego Arroyo yard. Makes plenty of appeal. SC JESSIE D (4) returns after six months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 1f80yards at Lone Star Park (Dirt). Solid top-three hope.
