Best form puts him right in this. EXTRAVAGENT LAD (9) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Warwick Farm over 5f. Good record at this journey with four wins and seven minor placings from 15 starts and is one of the prime contenders. MAILATA (14) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Warwick Farm, beaten 3 lengths. Fitter so can figure in the finish.
