PEACE OFFICER (14) finished 11th two runs back at Rosehill then improved last time out to score by 1.2 lengths after being prominent at the corner over 7¾f at Randwick Kensington. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to cope. ESTADIO MESTALLA (5) delivered a nice performance last start when fourth over 7f at this track. The extra journey should play into his hands. One of the main contenders. ST LAWRENCE (4) scored a barnstorming win last start over 1m at this track, coming from the tail to get up by 0.6 lengths. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and five minor placings from eight starts. Looks one of the prime contenders. RAVELLO (11) was in the firing line on the corner and finished second last time over 1m at Coonamble, beaten a head. Will trim down following recent racing. Sure to be thereabouts.
