PRIDE OF JENNI (9) recorded an all-the-way win last time out by 1.5 lengths over this journey in the G2 John F Feehan Stakes at Moonee Valley. Declan Bates who has five wins when partnering stays on. Should be in the finish. FANGIRL (10) wound up strongly in the run home last start to register an impressive win over 1m in the 7 Stakes at this track. Stiffer assignment here but she is a leading contender. CELESTIAL LEGEND (7) was beaten 2. Nicely placed to find some form. CEOLWULF (6) finished second two runs back in the G3 Kingston Town Stakes at this track then improved last time out to score by 1.2 lengths as favourite over 1m in the G1 Epsom Handicap at this track. Chad Schofield scored on him last time and retains the mount. This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is one of the key runners.
