CAPTAIN AMELIA (11) improved last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in third when she worked home well at the end of 6½f at Warwick Farm. Facing a tougher assignment but she is capable of running a bold race. DESIAH (8) did well to score two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when sixth over 7½f at Rosehill, beaten 1.3 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
